Ingredients
To make Scrambled Egg and Sausage, you'll need:
4 large eggs
2½ tbsp. milk
400g pork sausage, sliced thinly
½ tbsp. olive oil
Method
Put the oil in a griddle pan over a medium heat and brown the sausage pieces. Thisshould take 3-4 minutes.
Whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add this mixture to the sausage.
Place on a serving plate and enjoy.
