To make Scrambled Egg and Sausage, you'll need:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2½ tbsp. milk
  • 400g pork sausage, sliced thinly
  • ½ tbsp. olive oil

Method

  • Put the oil in a griddle pan over a medium heat and brown the sausage pieces. Thisshould take 3-4 minutes.
  • Whisk the eggs and milk together.
  • Add this mixture to the sausage.
  • Place on a serving plate and enjoy.
