To make Seafood Risotto, you'll need:
  • 1 package rice in creamy sauce - (52 oz) = (Risotto Milanese flavor)
  • 1 package frozen fully-cooked shrimp - (14 to
  • 16 oz)
  • 1 package Birds Eye frozen mixed vegetables (10 oz)
  • 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • In 4-quart saucepan prepare rice according to package directions
  • Add frozen shrimp and vegetables during last 10 minutes of cooking
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
