Ingredients
To make Seasoned Popcorns, you'll need:
  • 1 qt Air-popped popcorn Butter-flavored cooking spray ASIAN POPCORN
  • 2 tsp Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger ITALIAN POPCORN
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Finely grated Parmesean cheese NACHO CHEESE
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce or to taste

Method

  • Place popcorn on a nonstick cookie sheet
  • Spray lightly with cooking spray and toss with a combination of the seasonings for the flavor you've chosen
  • Bake for 10 minutes tossing once
  • Serve warm
  • Makes 1 snack.
