To make Sesame Chicken Salad, you'll need:
  • SALAD
  • 200 Chicken breasts - grilled -
  • 6 oz cooked
  • 300 tb Sesame seeds
  • 100 Head leaf or bibb lettuce - in bite size pieces
  • 100 c Water chestnuts - sliced
  • 100 c Snow peas (pea pods) sliced
  • 600 Green onions sliced Teriyaki marinade - optional DRESSING 067 c Oraange juice
  • 100 tb Oil
  • 200 tb Rice vinegar
  • 300 tb Water 025 ts Fresh ginger 025 ts Fresh garlic - crushed

Method

  • FOR SALAD; Marinate chicken breasts in Teriyaki marinade and grill until done
  • Slice them and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • Wrap in foil to keep warm while preparing salad
  • In large bowl combine lettuce water chestnuts snow peas and onions
  • Toss with dressing
  • Divide salad onto 4 plates and top each with 1/2 of each brest
