To make Sole Almondine, you'll need:
  • Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 4 sole fillets - (4 oz ea)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Method

  • Preheat the broiler
  • Coat a broiler pan or rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray
  • Sprinkle the fillets with the pepper and place on the pan.
