  • 1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp margarine melted
  • 2 tsp minced fresh cilantro

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Spray shallow 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
