To make Spicy Sea Bass, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice concentrate thawed
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth low-fat low-sodium
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp minced red chili peppers
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1
  • 1/2 lb chilean sea bass

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except the sea bass then add the sea bass and allow it to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
