Steak and Vegetables

Ingredients
To make Steak and Vegetables, you'll need:
- 4 x 500g steaks
- 300g frozen peas
- 300g carrots, peeled and sliced
- 300g green beans, sliced
- 300g brocolli
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Salt to season
Method
- Rub the salt onto the steak.
- Bring some water to the boil in a large saucepan.
- While the water is boiling, peel and chop your veg ready for cooking.
- Once this is done, lower the heat, throw in the veggies and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- In the meantime, pour the oil into a large, heavy based frying pan and heat to a medium/high heat.
- Place the steaks in the frying pan and sear for 5 minutes each side, until they are cooked to your taste.
- Enjoy with the side of mixed veggies!
