To make Steamed Cauliflower With Dill, you'll need:
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cauliflower head leaves removed
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground white pepper
  • 1 lemon

Method

  • Bring the water to a boil in a large pot
  • Add the cauliflower dill and white pepper
  • Cover and steam for 20 minutes
  • Serve with lemon juice squeezed over top.
