Ingredients
To make Strawberry Sorbet, you'll need:
  • 80g cream cheese   
  • 100g strawberries 
  • 4 tsp. Triple Zero sweetener 

Method

  • Blend the cream cheese, strawberries and Triple Zero sweetener together in a blender until smooth and thoroughly mixed. 
  • Transfer to an ice cream tub and then fold the cream in gently. 
  • Transfer to the freezer until firm.  
  • Once its ready, serve and enjoy!
