To make Sweet 'n Sour Beetroot, you'll need:
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Distilled white vinger
  • 12 oz (1 can) beets drained
  • 2 Packets of a granulated sugar alternative

Method

  • In a small saucepan mix cornstarch with water and vinegar
  • Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens
  • Add beetroot and granulated sugar alternative
  • Let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Just before serving reheat until hot
