To make Sweet Potato Crisps, you'll need:
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1/2" thick (the long way)
  • 1 tsp salt Olive oil-flavored nonstick cooking spray as needed

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
  • Drop the sweet potatoes into a bowl with enough cold water to cover
  • Add the salt and soak for 5 minutes
  • Dry the potatoes.
