To make Three Pepper Salad, you'll need:
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
  • 1 tbsp. rice wine
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
FOR THE SALAD:
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, finely sliced
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season

Method

FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
  • Combine the rice wine, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
FOR THE SALAD:
  • Mix the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
  • Add the vinaigrette you made earlier.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • The salad is now ready to serve!
