Three Pepper Salad

Ingredients
To make Three Pepper Salad, you'll need:
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE: - 1 tbsp. rice wine
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
FOR THE SALAD: - 1 green bell pepper, finely sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
- 1 orange bell pepper, finely sliced
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
Method
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:- Combine the rice wine, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
FOR THE SALAD: - Mix the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.
- Add the vinaigrette you made earlier.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- The salad is now ready to serve!
