To make Tomato And Turkey Soup With Pesto, you'll need:

  • 1 can reduced-sodium tomato soup - (10
  • 4/4 oz)
  • 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 2 cups frozen Italian-style vegetables - (8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp prepared pesto
  • 1 cup coarsely-chopped skinless cooked turkey
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions omitting salt
  • Drain and rinse well under cold water until pasta is cool; drain well.
