  • 1/2 CUP Endive(french-belgian) FRESH VEGETABLES Carrots cauliflowerets Celery cucumbers Green peppers mushrooms Onions radishes tomato Zucchini or any squash COOKED VEGETABLES Artichoke hearts or bottoms Plain or marinated Dilled green beans beans Green peas Marinated sliced carrots FRUITS Apples avocados orange CHEESE Parmesam swiss cheddar MEAT FISH OR POULTRY Ham tongue cold cuts Shrimp crabmeat lobster Turkey chicken TOSS WITH SHAKE TO MIX

Method

  • Find your own favorites then mix and match to suit the occasion
  • To the salad greens I have used cabbage either green or red or both or sprouts
