To make Turkey Chili With Black Beans, you'll need:
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1 can fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth (14
  • 1/2 oz)
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper seeded diced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 can black beans - (15 oz) rinsed drained
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes in tomato purée - (14 oz) undrained
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method

  • Heat large nonstick skillet over high heat
  • Add turkey chicken broth onion and bell pepper
  • Cook and stir breaking up turkey
  • Cook until turkey is no longer pink.
