To make Twice-Baked Potatoes, you'll need:
  • 4 russet potatoes - (abt
  • 8 oz ea) scrubbed
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1% milk warmed
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Bake the potatoes directly on the rack for about 1 hour until cooked through
  • Remove potatoes from the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes.
