Ingredients
To make Vanilla Creme Fraiche, you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method

  • In a small chilled bowl whip cream until almost stiff
  • Gently fold in the yogurt and vanilla
  • Chill in a covered container at least two hours to allow flavors to blend
  • Store in refrigerator no longer than two days.
