To make Waffle Stack, you'll need:
  • 2 toaster waffles toasted
  • 1/2 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen lowfat cottage cheese
  • 2% milkfat
  • 10 strawberry slices
  • 2 kiwi slices
  • 1/4 cup raspberries and blueberries

Method

  • Spread waffles with cottage cheese
  • Stack waffles
  • Top with fruit
  • Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
