To make Waldorf Salad, you'll need:
  • 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 medium red apples - (abt
  • 12 oz total)
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup thinly-sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Method

  • Mix the mayonnaise and pineapple juice in a small bowl
  • Set aside.
