  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot
  • 1/4 cup fructose BISCUITS
  • 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
