To make Warm Gingerbread, you'll need:
  • 2 cups unbleached white flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 2 egg substitutes beaten
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
