To make Warm Mexican Bean Dip, you'll need:
  • 1 can nonfat refried beans - (15 oz)
  • 1 package low-fat cream cheese - (6 oz)
  • 1 can green chilies - (4 oz)
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes - (14 oz) drained
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan until the cheese melts
  • Serve with low-fat tortilla chips.
