Ingredients
To make Whipped Cottage Cheese, you'll need:
  • 1 cup
  • 4% creamed cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a blender cover tightly and whip at low speed for 30 seconds or until smooth
  • Chill at least 2 hours before serving
  • If using this as a dip base add the other ingredients before chilling.
