Ingredients
To make White Bean Pate, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup minced scallions
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can white beans - (15 oz) = (navy or cannelini)
  • 2 tsp prepared Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced basil
  • 1 tsp minced thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp minced dill
  • 1 tsp minced tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor
  • Process until smooth
  • Serve with crackers or pita bread.
