To make Whole-Wheat Granola, you'll need:
  • 1 cup Regular oats uncooked
  • 3/4 cup Whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Wheat germ
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Honey or substitute
  • 2 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Flaked coconut
  • 2 tbsp Sliced almonds

Method

  • This is 1/4 original recipe
  • Mix first 5 ingredients in electric mixer
  • Combine oil, honey, and juice and pour over mixture
  • Mix until completely blended
  • Spread evenly in a shallow pan and bake in 250 F oven for 45 minutes
  • Stir in coconut and almonds and bake 30 minutes more
  • Cool and stirin raisins.
