To make Yogurt-Dill Dressing, you'll need:
  • 8 oz Plain low-fat yogurt (1 cup)
  • 2 tsp Finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder

Method

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill until served
  • Serve over tossed green salad.
