Ingredients
To make Zucchini And Peppers, you'll need:

  • 1/2 cups zucchini slices
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups diced red pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 dash salt (optional)

Method

  • Steam together the zucchini red pepper onion and garlic on top of boiling water covered for about 4 minutes
  • Drain.
