Almased Nutritionist…. Some helpful advice

Many thanks for trialing the product. Your feedback is greatly appreciated so it is great to here the early success stories so soon into the programme. Important to note we also want to hear about your overall well-being and improvements with this, as Almased not only achieves weight-loss, but vastly benefits biomarkers attributed to good health and well-being.

We want to keep the product as natural as possible, free from artificial flavours, sweeteners etc. that can be detrimental to health, hence the reason Almased comes in one ‘flavour’ only – natural. Having read the comments regarding taste, please note, there are a wide array of things you can mix and flavour it with. Ice takes any grainy texture away whereas you can add are cinnamon, vanilla or almond extract, ground flaxseeds and unsweetened cocoa powder if you wish. A few drops of the extract ( 1/2 tsp – 1 tsp of cinnamon or cocoa powder and 2 tbsp of ground flaxseeds per shake should suffice).

The palate adapts to new tastes after a few days, so you shall see over the course of the weekend that both the body and taste buds become more accepting and eventually yearn for the optimum nutrition which Almased provides.
