The multi-award-winning Low Carb Program is celebrating its 5th anniversary this month.

Low Carb Program was launched on November 14, 2020 which also marks the annual World Diabetes Day.

Low Carb Program was developed by DDM and Dr David Unwin for patients looking to lose weight and diagnosed with obesity, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). The app helps users reduce the amount of catbohydrates in the diet by focusing on a real food approcah to eating.

One-year outcomes show that participants with type 2 diabetes lose an average of 7% of their body weight, 54% of participants who start on a diabetes medication are able to eliminate it, and 1 in 4 participants achieves type 2 diabetes remission.

The Low Carb Program has won a number of plaudits, most recently becoming the highest-ranked Orcha app for diabetes.

Low Carb Program has relaunched this month, providing updated education, live cookalongs, tutorials, masterclasses, exercise classes and expert Q&As.

New members joining in November can save 50% off an annual membership until November 30, 2020.
