#FacesofDiabetes engages with over 3.5 million people over Diabetes Week 2016

Diabetes Week 2016 saw Diabetes.co.uk engage with 3.5 million people across the world. We wanted to dispel the myths that surround Diabetes and raise awareness with your help.
