Ingredients

  • ½ a medium banana
  • 1/2 a cup of fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of non-fat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup of apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

Recipe

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
