A new international contest is seeking entries. The criteria? Creativity inspired by the triumphs and challenges of living with diabetes .
Entries can include all manner of creative outlets – music, art, poetry, photography, essays and music. The creative contest has been set up by the International Diabetes Federatio, in conjunction with Eli Lilly and Company and the International Society for Paediatric and Adolescent Diabetes .
The deadline for entries into the competition has been extended until 31st March 2008. The contest will showcase a range of creative output, and is called the global Inspired by Diabetes Creative Expression Competition.
As well as being a part of the contest, whenever people enter a dollar will be donated to the International Diabetes Federation Life for a Child Program.
