Diabetic celebrity Nick Jonas will reward fellow sufferers with diabetes for strong work in the community. He will go out in person and hand over charity cash prizes, in association with Bayer Diabetes .
The Give Back Simply Win competition is organised by the Jonas Brothers star alongside Bayer Diabetes, a pharmaceutical company. Fans that have diabetes should submit an application to detail how they are benefiting their local community.
Jonas will then look through the applications, and help to pick out three winners of grand prizes. These winners will meet the star and also choose a charity to be gifted a $5,000 dollar donation cheque. The news follows the announcement of Jonas’ Rock for Diabetes event.
