The multi-award-winning Low Carb Program is starting a 12 Week Challenge from tomorrow, September 7, 2020.

Low Carb Program is a behavior change app that helps people with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) to reduce the amount of catbohydrates in the diet by focusing on a real food approcah to eating.

The 12 Week Challenge provides participants with support through the 12 weeks of the Low Carb Program, weekly coaching, and 12 weeks of challenges to help start and sustain behaviours to achieve self-selected health goals.

Each week, a new schedule is released with live cookalongs, tutorials, masterclasses, exercise classes and expert Q&As. Each week begins with a live Sunday morning virtual meet up, hosted by Health Coach Molly.

The last 12 Week Challenge from Low Carb Program in January 2020 saw a combined weight loss of over 1054kg from participants that took part in the 90 day event.

New members joining in September can receive a free Low Carb Kickstarter worth £21.98 until September 30, 2020.

The Low Carb Program is demonstrated to help people sustainably lose weight, reduce medications and achieve type 2 diabetes and prediabetes remission.
