Low Carb Program, a multi-award-winning for people with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity has slashed the price of it’s 1-Year Membership by 70%.

The behaviour change app teaches users how to sustainably adopt a low carbohydrate diet with support from coaches and peer-to-peer community, and weekly meal plans tailored to dietary preferences, allergies, favourite foods and preferences.

The app has peer-reviewed, published health outcomes which demonstrate 4 in 10 patients who complete the Low Carb Program eliminate a medication from their regime and 1 in 4 achieve type 2 diabetes remission at 12-months.

Over 430,000 people have taken part in the Low Carb Program which was recognised in the Global Digital Health 100 earlier this year for its impact on global health.  The app is also part of the NHS Innovation Accelerator.

A new Classes library launched earlier this month features Personal Trainer-led fitness classes, meditations, and mindfulness activities to help members improve their stress, sleep, mood, and focus. It also teaches techniques that can help cope with any fear, anxiety, or uncertainty that people may be experiencing during this challenging time.

Low Carb Program is QISMET and NHS Apps Library approved and available on the web, iOS, Android, Apple Watch, Android Watch and Amazon Alexa.

Until April 30, a 1-Year Membership is available for the significantly reduced price of £20.99.
