Just a quickie, to tell you I added the extra’s the nutritionist suggested yesterday, and they do make quite a difference … it’s much easier to take.
I added a heaped teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa (clipper), about 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and half a dozen drops of vanilla extract. It isn’t overly chocolatey but much nicer. I should add that I make all my shakes with water as I don’t like milks of any kind, so those of you who use milk might get a better flavour.
