[mks_dropcap style=”square” size=”52″ bg_color=”#F4B700″ txt_color=”#ffffff”]H[/mks_dropcap]elloo  …. is there anybody there?

Surely I can’t be the only one blogging, or maybe I’m the only one still on the trial?

Anyhoo a tedious day of driving for six hours and sitting for six hours on a crowded ferry, but I was good … I was … I took my shakes with me and had a steamed haddock and salad at lunch time. Now that is dedication to weight loss is it not?

Was I tempted to stuff my face with forbidden goodies, I sure was! There is nothing like long car journeys to make you want to continuously pop a chocolate eclair into your mouth, or a packed ferry full of people with barking dogs and unhappy stressed parents and children to make you reach for double mocha and cookies … but I resisted and I’m proud of myself.

So tomorrow is the last official day on the trial and I will weigh myself on Friday morning and let you all ( is there an all?) know how I have done.  Best of luck to anyone still on the trial, and well done to everyone who has completed it.

Another shaking day to come before ‘S’ day   (scales) or is it shaking in my shoes … terrible pun, groan.
Carry on shaking shakers xx
