This pancake roll-up recipe is a quick and easy recipe you might want to try, along with some delicious topping inspiration. Each serving contains 3g of carbs minus toppings making them a great option if you’re following a low carb lifestyle.

Pancake Roll-Ups

4 Medium Eggs

225g Soft Cheese

1 tsp. Butter


Preparation Method

  1. Put the eggs and soft cheese into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan on a high heat. Add two tablespoons of batter at a time and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Add your chosen toppings, roll up and enjoy. It really is as simple as that!
