I asked the Diabetes Specialist Nurse at my local clinic. The clinic had several different types of ID card supplied by medical supply companies.You would think a internet search would produce quite a few self-print cards - but no, everyone is charging nowadays.

I have just been diagnosed with diabetes type 2. Can you tell me where I can get a free card from that I carry about with me at all times. -I do not want to wear a bracelet or a tag my GP pharmacy only do the tag and bracelet.
