Ingredients
- 2 separated eggs
 - 4 cups of skim milk
 - 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
 - 3 packets of artificial sweetener
 - 1/2 tablespoon of brandy or rum flavouring
 - 1 ground nutmeg
 
Recipe
Combine the egg yolks and milk in a pan and heat until the mix will coat a metal spoon then cool. Beat egg whites and add the remaining ingredients. Mix and then chill; pour and serve with nutmeg.
