Ingredients

  • 4 ounces non-fat, artificially sweetened raspberry yoghurt
  • ½ ripe small banana (5-inch), cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup of skimmed milk
  • ½ cup of ice-cubes

Recipe

Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
