Ingredients

  • 8 oz of light cream cheese
  • 2 oz low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup of Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of Skim milk
  • ½ Tablespoon of Basil
  • ½ Tablespoon of Marjoram
  • ½ Tablespoon of Oregano
  • ½ Tablespoon of Thyme
  • ½ Tablespoon of Garlic powder
  • 1 lb of fresh crab

Recipe

  • In a large bowl mix the cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually blend in the lemon juice and milk.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 min or until hot. Serve.
